The Forest City Community School District engaged in a multi-step strategic planning process that included surveying the community and staff to understand their needs, expectations, and hopes for the district; reviewing relevant data; engaging in a SWOT process to explore the district's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats; and determining the priority areas in which to focus our efforts.
